Please be advised that from April 2026, KUEC will change the frequency of internet auctions, website opening hours, and bid extension periods.
April - May 2026 Weekly as before. June – Sep. Twice a month on alternate weeks.
We will provide further details regarding October and beyond at a later date.
Previously, the website opened at 3PM the day before the auction. Starting April 2026, it will open at 1PM two days before the auction. Accordingly, we will discontinue sending the tentative list. (Please download the list and other materials yourself.)
Previously, the bid extension period was 5 minutes, but it will be changed to 3 minutes starting April 2026.
We will keep on trying to improve our Auction for your convenience. We would appreciate it very much for your continued patronage.
